After more than 25 years of coaching, I now run a coaching practice, in which I only take on a certain amount of projects at the time. They are normally short term projects between 6 weeks and 3 months, where the individual(s) is/are fully determined and committed to achieve their goal with support. I believe coaching is all about short, sharp and exciting assisted change. The objective of this process should be the learning along the way, filling up the toolbox with new life-tools and of course achieving tangible, clear results, with an action plan for the future.

Here are a few possible coaching scenarios:

  • A big life-change is coming up or needed. How to prepare, how to deal with it, how to think about it and how to make it a personal/ professional success.
  • You / your family are planning to move abroad. What to think about, what to expect, how to research, how to make sure everyone is ‘on board’.
  • You / your teenager or young adult son or daughter are not ‘in flow’. Unsure of what the best decision is, what to next do, feeling low, not confident or in charge of their life/lives.
