Supporting leaders, teams, and (young) individuals to speak with clarity, purpose, and presence in times of change.
Book Kirsten
I work with organisations, schools and educational settings, and in events — supporting leaders, teams, and individuals in communication, performance, and speaking, including speech writing and speaking in English as a foreign language — helping people bring clarity of thought into confident, individual spoken expression.
This can take the form of talks, facilitated conversations, workshops, or longer-term exploratory work — often centred on public speaking, performance, confidence, and the role of communication in times of change.
Much of this work sits within The Human Voice Project, and is shaped by research, real-world observation, and decades of working closely with individuals, teams, and leaders.
I’m particularly interested in working with people and organisations who are thoughtful about how communication is taught, practised, and valued.
If you’d like to explore a conversation, a talk, or a piece of work together, please get in touch.
“Experience matters – but so does staying curious. I take the work seriously, and believe the strongest results come when expertise, openness, and creativity are held together.”
